Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Welcome to DibuhoCreationsUS. We want to make your shopping experience as smooth and transparent as possible. Please review our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy below before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation.

Please include:

Your order number
Full name used on the order
Reason for cancellation (optional)

Once an order has entered production, packing, or shipment preparation, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase unless the product has already entered production or fulfillment preparation.

Because pre-order items are made or ordered in limited quantities, cancellations requested after this period may not be eligible for approval.

If your pre-order contains both:

ready-to-ship items, and
pre-order items,

the entire order may be held until all items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Customers who would like ready-to-ship items shipped separately are encouraged to place separate orders.

Subscription or Recurring Purchase Options

If we offer subscription products or recurring purchase options in the future:

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
Cancellation requests submitted after a renewal payment has processed will apply to the following billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be provided for already processed subscription periods unless required by law.
